+1 for Kroll.  They were able to do the job I needed using their Demo version 
plus a phone call.  At the time they turned the demo to paid while it still had 
the information up.

I've used http://www.drivesavers.com/ a number of times for client drives and 
never had them fail. For complicated arrays I wouldn't trust anyone but Kroll
