Size of the monitor or video card is prob kicking this option

If you want to edit the entry yourself then you need to enter the following in the Registry Editor (regedt32.exe):

     o
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ImmersiveShell\]
o Add a new key called “Launcher” and then add a 32bit DWORD
       called “Launcher_ShowPowerButtonOnStartScreen”
o Double click the new DWORD and place a 1 in the dialog box vice
0 to turn the entry on.
o Exit Registry Editor and restart your device to see the power
icon back on the Start Screen.

To turn it off just go to the same registry entry and double click the DWORD and replace the 1 with a 0 and restart.

This is trivial, but it bugs me.

On **1** of my Windows 2012 R2 servers, when clicking Start, the Search button and the Power button are MISSING at the top right of the screen. It looks like a standard 2012 install , with ONLY logoff user as the single option from the top-right of the Start menu.

Anyone know of a way to fix this? Haven’t had much luck finding anything in a google search. It’s a physical Dell server…fwiw
