Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to change the behaviour of a Lync
response group.

In particular, if I have a formal response group with no users logged in, a
call is stuck there until the timeout of the queue before moving on.

Ideally if there are no agents logged it should immediately exit the queue
for overflow.

Googling around has not really achieved any results apart from using a 3rd
party application to replace the inbuilt response group.

If anyone has any hints or tips on changing that behaviour or how they have
worked around it that would be appreciated.

Thanks
Barrie
