Brings back memories of when I worked as UAT -

One project with a set deadline - the entire test team was 'let go'.

Seems we had been slowing the project down more than was acceptable to
Management.

We kept saying it was wrong, and providing multiple page lists of problems.

Well, it went 'live' on time, and it was later reported in the press that 40%
of the customers on that system had made written complaints.

(Maybe because they couldn't get to report the problems over the phone.)

Sure would be nice if Microsoft went back to testing their updates before
unleashing them on us. And if they still are how could these get past software
QA?
