and I'm geting no-where. the last thin i see is the DELL initializinf UEFI, 
then 2012 screen comes up and just when I think it's good , It keeps coming 
back to "Choose an option"

Hi all,
 
I have updated drivers on a vmhost and now the server is stuck in the startup 
repair loop
 
I have chosen "exit an continue to server " needless to say that didnt work as 
I'm here posting this-
 
Has anyone run into this before and can maybe shed some light?
