We don’t run exchange here, but perhaps it’s something more general. Have you 
checked to see if someone sent an oversized email or if maybe one of the older

mail.que is at 1.5 gb   and appears to be blocking the processing , if I 
restart the transport a few messages will trickle in and out then it just 
starts building up again.

nothing in the logs, (errors or warnings)  just regular informational-

just to be clear neither internal or external are being delivered, but outlook 
does send it-

they are piling up in the queue, a large amount are Healthmailbox and inbound
