No it does not mitigate anything that is typed. The logger is on the client pc, you are typing on that keyboard...it sees those keystrokes as they are sent to the RDP software just as it would see them being sent to any other program.

Scenario 1; Infected pc goes online and logs into a bank account ( now everything is logged /compromised) Scenarios 2; Infected pc creates RDP session to uninfected server, goes online and logs into bank account Did scenario 2 help mitigate the compromise in anyway?
