The facility to use depends on what you actually want to do with the CR and NL
entries,

And if they actually represent end of text lines, or are a value within a binary
file

If you haven’t got the problem sorted post a bit about what you want to do, and
in what type of file, and why you need to do it.

As much as I love Notepad++, I would recommend HxD for hex editing.

I am looking for 0x0D and 0x0A in a txt file that is being sent to a vendor.

What editor can I use to find these values.

They are receiving the file on a Unix FTP server.
