I might be misunderstanding, but if the machine is domain-joined you should only see the icon for the last user who logged in. (Here, we have disabled so we see a blank box where the icon would be.) Sounds like it hasn’t been joined to the domain. If you send ctrl, alt, del, what happens?

We need to log in with our domain credentials, but their two accounts only showing on login screen, no 'Other Users icon.
