I might be misunderstanding, but if the machine is domain-joined you should only see the icon for the last user who logged in. (Here, we have disabled so we see a blank box where the icon would be.) Sounds like it hasn’t been joined to the domain. If you send ctrl, alt, del, what happens?

We only have access remotely through out of band (IBM IMM) The builders added it to their domain. We need to log in with our domain credentials, but their two accounts only showing on login screen, no 'Other Users icon. Can't for the life of me remember how to force that, and my Google Foo is frozen solid here in the great white north. Many thanks for a rescue. I'm just Playbookin' around
