As a more serious response. Demote the DC from the domain. Remove the DNS services. Your now left with a plain old DHCP server.
Export the DHCP config. Turn the server off. Spin up the new DHCP server, change its IP to the same as the old server, import the config. Youll have to mitigate the window somehow where the services are not available though.
