Sounds like you may have your anti-spam or reputation policies set too tight - 
Mimecast support should be able to tell you what changes have been made to 
polices in the last few weeks.

Starting last week, we had many longtime email domains rejected by Mimecast 
when they tried to email us. 60+ whitelisted domains later, we are now getting 
rejections on our email to long standing clients - argh


Anyone else?
