Ok I have my test pc's reset so USB and CDRom devices are all working again. ( A combination of hotfix 2738898 and deleting the CD-ROM and Magicdisc CD-ROM and allowing Windows to find them. ) What Group Policy to I need to set up to only block USB flash drives or mass storage and not affect other Removable Storage devices??
