Funny, As I am always remote I use `shutdown -r -f -t 0` however I am not the one getting the doc. I disabled fast startup on his box and will get him test.

Funny, its either Java or Flash and always banks that give me a pita... Since these wkst's are fully patched, they have IE 11 and flash is bundled. Anyone run into this and have any insight?
