Mine has been doing it randomly. Sometimes when multiple messages come in, sometimes when one comes in, but I haven’t looked at Inbox for a while. Maybe x number of messages within a certain time frame?

My Outlook 2016 has recently stopped showing a preview of the message in the toast desktop alert. It now just says "there are new items in your mailbox" Did any of the recent Office patches take away the preview capability? Kevin
