What Office 365 plan? What version of Office Professional Plus? Click to run or MSI? What kind of license? Not enough info.
Basically if you have Outlook 2007 MSI install and later you can connect it to Office 365 and get mail delivered. If you want to go with Office 2016 from your Office 365 account, which is Click to run, you will need to uninstall the MSI version and install the CTR version.
