Microsoft makes their facilities and content available for partners who can 
guarantee a certain minimum of attendees. They also have arrangements with 
certain national catering vendors (think: Subway, Dunkin’ Donuts, etc.) who 
will provide food for free or at a very reduced cost for these events.

It means that sometimes the quality really sucks. And sometimes it’s superb.

All the dates are in the past and as I spoke on the phone I am in Indianapolis.
None of these are for Indianapolis or an area near Indianapolis.
