Hi all, I have a small client that runs a single physical server that has essentials role installed on it, as well as running their LOB application on sql express. It seems they have been uploading photos at a rapid pace from smartphones into this app which has blown up the database to the limit of express. I know it isn't best practice, but sometimes used in small businesses to install sql on a domain controller. Are any of you doing this with success or have horror stories about why not to do this? This is a small business with about 10 users connecting to the server. The LOB is a crm and dispatch system.
