Certain security issues and Excel are the only positives of which I am aware. They are also marginally faster since they don't have to go thru WOW.

We will be embarking on a company-wide upgrade to Office 2016, and I have to decide if it will be 64-bit by default, or stay 32-bit. Ignoring plugin compatibility (just trust me we have that part handled), are there any benefits to using Office 2016 64-bit outside of large Excel files? I'm looking for a technical citation, thus far I haven't found anything beyond 64bit being immune to certain security issues. Regards, Daniel Wolf
