I have a tech person who is missing several tabs in ADU&C on her computer when
she looks at user account on her Win10 (still 1511 plus updates) machine. I'm
finding a lot of hits online about which dll to reregister if missing the
RDS/TS related tabs, but that's not what is missing here, its: General,
Address, Account, Profile, Telephones, Organization, Published Certificates,
Member Of, Password Replication, and Dial-in. Here's what it looks like from
her machine:

Has anyone seen this and might know which dll or dlls to reregister? She's
already tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the RSAT and I've verified it
works fine on another Win10 machine with identical permissions. She uses a lot
of custom software so I'd like to avoid reimaging, if possible.
