If that is the user's primary group (which I can see from below has been set), the value is stored in a different attribute of the user account called primaryGroupID, and that will be a number value. Certain built-in groups will always be the same number, but others like domain groups are different depending on your domain.
Unless you really need to be setting the primary group to something other than the default "Domain Users", you might not want to do it for this reason.
