We use knowbe4. The “training” isn’t the greatest but I guess its an ok video. The phishing testing seems to be doing ok as we went from 28% phish prone to 4% after the training video and testing. If I was an IT director im not sure I could justify the cost but who knows. Oh also we get bombarded by junk emails from them that they think are helpful hints and alerts about ongoing malware attacks and are just crap, but to each their own some may like it.
