I don't know the licensing associated with using "Xenapp Express". Check the
PUR.
Otherwise - it really hasn't changed. You need a license for "Office 365
Pro-Plus". A RDS CAL license. And a Server CAL license (which you should
already have if you are a member of a domain).
("Office 365 Pro-Plus" is included in E3 and above.)
This supports both RDS and VDI.
