We've just started doing work with a company called Insentra that do a cloud-based monitoring tool (although you can run it on-premises as well) called Predictive Insights and Analytics (PIA). It's based on Lakeside Systrack but with a custom dashboard built on top. Might have to ask whether it can fit all your needs but we've found it invaluable because it requires no setup, no skilling up and you just pay for what you need instead of getting an off-the-shelf solution with long subscriptions and support costs attached.
