Hi All, My shop is mostly HP laptops/desktops/notebooks for end users, ProBook units mostly.
I have had to contact support recently several times due to hardware failure. Whether I call or use the chat feature, hold times are very long, Usually at least 20 minutes. I've been on hold for 40 minutes now for another hardware issue. Is this normal for HP? I'm coming from mostly Dell and Lenovo where support was much faster. Nice that HP thinks we have all day to wait for someone to get on the line.
