It’s been several years, but whenever we run into this we start to investigate device firmware and driver updates, which often can correct the problem. Just do them one at a time, usually starting with the NIC driver, then bios, then chipset, and anything else you may find that could be related. Check out your bios options for power management settings as well, sometimes that has an impact.

ScriptType 0 During my investigation I found a Microsoft Support page<https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/938449/netlogon-event-id-5719-or-group-policy-event-1129-is-logged-when-you-start-a-domain-member> which also states to set DisableDHCPMediaSense to "1". That actually works and the startupscript is running again. Does anyone know if there is a better solution or another way because this is a problem if it comes to notebooks and mobile devices.
