We have Office 365 E3 subscriptions for our users.  I would like to role
out OneDrive as a replacement for the traditional "home" folder,  That's
easy enough, but what does that mean for Terminal Server profiles?  I do
not want full copies of user's OneDrive folders on terminal server
profiles.  What I see is that when I log into an Office application, I can
open a recent OneDrive file from OneDrive cloud, and I can browse to
OneDrive cloud docs to open a saved file.   As long is nothing is on TS
profiles, this will work.

Any particular things I need to look out for?
