After installing Win7 it asks whether it should do auto-updates. Tell it to not do that. Then manually install in this order: - KB2670838, Platform Update 2013-02 - KB3177467, Servicing Stack 2016-09 - KB3125574, Convenience Rollup 2016-04 There is no need to reboot between them, just once after all three.
