Perfect, thanks for the confirmation. I'll revisit the links provided by support and try again. From: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Michael B. Never has been. A connector would allow you to rewrite the destination address to something that isn't in O365. They plan on keeping their nonprofit package with O365 since they use it for One Note and the Office applications. All MX records have been updated to point to GSuite. Problem: When one employee attempted to send an invite to share a One Note notebook with another employee, the recipient never got the email in Google.. After doing some investigation, it appears the email was sent to the mailbox that Office 365 manages. So the question is, how do I get emails to route to the Google mailboxes and not Office 365? I tried contacting support and they are pointing me in the direction of connectors but I don't think that is the issue. Suggestions? Thanks, Jimmy
