Yes, this happened to me before. If I recall correctly, support had me enter a 
license authorization information. Once I did that, I had access to all my data 
again. The problem I had was if I signed out, it would prompt me for the same 
questions again. I think this was due to a license agreement update.

Hit the licensing center today to sign in and download some software and it is 
not recognizing me as a registered user for our org. I am certain my email 
address is correct, and as soon as I enter it it goes into the sign up process. 
I am certain our agreement is still in place, all of that is there.

Anyone else seeing this?
