The issue is not within Windows, but within each app! And some apps you'll
have to tweak the registry to change. But there's no general Windows
default, the apps like to default to the profile area that Windows creates.

Subject: Question about saving

Good Evening Everyone,

Scenario: User too busy to look where they are saving a file.

Result: Document ends up in My Documents on W2K or who knows where with NT4
and they don't know why.

Consequence: They whine to me because they can't find their doc!

Help Requested: Is there a way to change where Windows defaults to when you
hit the save button in an app? I would like to change it to their Home dir
on the network so that there is never any question!(Like that would ever
happen, but we can always hold out hope!)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
