I would have thought it would kill the W2K partitions with the changes in
NTFS since 3.51?

I have a free utility called DelPart that will kill NTFS partitions from
NT4. Not sure if it will kill W2k partitions or not - never had the need to
try it. I picked it up at an NT3.51 school I attended several years ago.
E-mail me off list if you want to try it.

Is there a disk like the old 98 boot disk that can fdisk, format, and
scandisk a ntfs drive?

I hate having to wait 30 minutes to run through the 4 windows2000 boot disks
just to format a drive.
