There *is* that pesky little problem of NT not being able to read FAT32
drives, however.  Otherwise, smooth sailing!!

What you should really do, is install Win98 to the primary partition, and NT
to another partition.  Installing NT second will allow it to properly set
the dual boot menu to include Win98.
