Are all the NIC's the same brand and type?  Otherwise, you are going to have
problems teaming them. (Duh).  Also, as was suggested earlier, you will want
to disable those NIC's until you can team them.  Fortunately, it is really
easy to do in W2K.  Don't even have to reboot.
