Such applications that you would need to change admin password for are BackupExec.  Go into services and choose the 8 or 9 services that are BackupExec and rename administrator password, then u will be in good shape!

I think it is about time for me to change the built in Domain administrator password. We have NT domain controllers and couple of W2K servers. Is there anything that I have to look into closely, before I go about doing this.
