.. I think first you should revisit how you configured
   your disks. See Andrew's website. I always try to
   configure dedicated disks for paging and I make
   them 2-3 times RAM w/SQL. Make the min/max size the
   same to cut down fragmentation and dedicate as many
   disks as you can for paging and spread the pagefile
   across multiple disks if possible.
