Outlook-Attendee availablity-No information

Hello All,

Once in a while some of the users when the they check attendee availability
for arranging a meeting, it says "no information". 
But after some time (say 30 mins), things look alright. We are using
outlook2000 and exchange5.5. Any ideas?
