We're running MS Proxy 2 with the SP1. It's connection is currently a 56k connection via modem on the serial port. Yes, the routing table does have a static route. The proxy worked fine but somehow got corrupted. This is what caused the need for the reinstall. When I put the proxy server's addres in the browser, I get the NT 4.0 Option pack page. It's drawn off of the IIS server I beleive.   Ptl. (www.msn.com) 2) The request is made to the server (watching the bottom left side of the browser) 3) The browser goes to a plain white screen I've searched technet and found a few things such as making sure IP forwarding is disabled and other things, but to no avail.
