Subject: Windows 2000 System shutdown unexpected

Hello all,

We have couples of very critical web servers. They are doing Network load
balance on each other..

One of the server keep automatic turn off everyday 1:56am since 8/18 (Three
days already). I need go back to office turn on early in the morning. We
have paging system always notified me.. The only message I can see from my
event view during that times is "Event ID: 6008 - System shutdown
unexpected". No other message..

That is couple of chance I am thinking now.
1. Power issue.. I test ups - We brought big central UPS couple month ago. I
disconnect and connect. No problem.
2. Nothing I can found under event view can cause problem that time /
nothing also in the schedule.. (I type AT show nothing in the schedule.) ---
Anyone know any hidden schedule??
3. Hardware issue.. (But why the things happen only at 1:56am ??)..
4. Security issue - So far we never get effect by code red. We already
remove all unnecessary scripting from our web server since long times ago
and we always keep update our service pack and security patch.. But web
server may already get attacked by hacker..

Anyone have same experiences?? I need your help..

Albert
