Managing Win2K AD with Win XP Professional Workstation

Hi there   Does anybody know how I can manage a Win2K AD from a Win XP Professional workstation. I have tried to install the ADMINPACK.MSI from the Whistler Server Beta 2 CD but the Active Directory User and Computers does not work.   When I run it, it says that the snap-in failed to initialize.   Why is this?
