Were there any BIO's updates between the one you were running and the one you upgraded too? You may want to try downgrading to an earlier version to see if it's more compatible with the SSD drivers. I did this in similar situation in the past. Seems that you have to run certain combinations of BIO's and SSD's in order for them to play nice together.
