Shutdown in win2k

How can I disable powerdown @ shutdown on an Win2k server.
Reason is, I have a server in a location with very bad power.
Only bios settings are resume last state when power is reapllied.
The ups turns the box off, but I want it on when the ups comes back to
life in the event it runs out...If the server shutsdown and stays at "it
is now safe..." when the ups dies, itll turn back on when the ups gets
power as well.

Any ideas?
