Its still a DNS issue. The NAT/ICS portion doesn't block anything, you
arent resolving it. Did you try pinging it by ip from the same box?
Also, do an nslookup -q=ALL domain.com and see if it resolves. This is
another easy way. 

The answer was already given, but just in case you didn't read any
responses. Your DNS needs to be configured either to use the outside ISP
DNS, else put forwarders on your internal DNS to the external DNS. If
you arent sure how to do this, you may want to find a consultant in your
area ;-).

IPC does that service block anything. It is strange how i cant get
mapquest to come up on any of the pc's that are sharing the connection
but the one attached to the dsl it comes
