I may have been doing it wrong, but I had to run:

<downloadpath>\ie6setup.exe /C <====prompts for a folder to extract temp
files

and then I could run the following syntax:

<downloadpath>ie6wzd.exe /c:ie6wzd.exe /d /s:E#

Subject: IE6 released

You all may already know this, but IE6 is gone final and is available at
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ . There is a new IEAK6 as well. One
thing that wasn't so clear was how to invoke a corporate download only
version of the setup. After some diggin, here is the syntax to run after
you download the ie6setup.exe file.

<download folder>ie6setup.exe /c:"ie6wzd.exe /d /s:""E#"

Oddly enough, there is no option to download for Win95. You can download
for any or all of the following:
Win98
WinNT 4.0 SP6a
Win 2000 or XP
WinME

Just thought there would be someone out there who wanted to know.
