If you have a copy of SMS lying around SMS network monitor will do this. If
not there is a free program called Ethereal you can get here:

Can anyone recommend a software based application that I an use to monitor
my network. Specifically I need to be able to see (when the network is
slow, usally from music downloads or the like) who is doing the downloading.
Something that would show me the IP address, port, and maybe the protocol
ranked in order of %bandwith usage would be nice.
