I learned in a previous job (as a list administrator) that there are actually several different formats of OOF messages, so list software often can delete some but not others. IIRC, Outlook Express 4 was a major problem.

Wouldn't it be great if all the OOF's went to Sunbelt instead of the sender.

Stu - Can't you filter the OOF's on the server?
