Demand Dial Setup

Guys,   
        Is there a web link or some documentation on how to setup a demand
dial interface for 2 Windows 2000 Servers to create a VPN connection over
the net.  One is on a T1 connection (Corporate Headquarters) and the second
is on a dialup that will keep a constant connection to Headquarters.  Please
help.
