Sure it's possible. Can you map two Internet Addressable IP's to the
external interface of the the Sonic Wall?
If you can, just create a rule for each IP.
Mail.xxxx.com 209.x.x.1 --> 10.0.0.1:25
Mail.xxxx.com 209.x.x.2 --> 10.0.0.2:25
