Have em use their own ISP and get a VPN for your office.
Then they can dial up whenever they want a just VPN in.

We are begining to aquire salespeople that spend 90% of their time out
of the office and would like to be able to dial-in to our network for
files/email. Currently we use a Lantronix LRS-16 for dial-in and it is
too slow for them. What kind of equipment/services am I looking at to
be able to provide as close to 56k dial-up as possible?
