I've encountered the same problem with my NT 4 Terminal Server, but then
that's a different issue all together.

Subject: HP dll causing Print Server Blue Screen
All
Have found that hpcpcla.dll on W2K sp2 dedicated HP print server in NT4
domain causes blue screen. I renamed to hpcpcla.old, stopped/started
spooler and all is well. We have other print servers with the same dll that
works ok. Microsoft says that this file caused the problem on this box, but
HP doesn't know anything about it. Anyone seen this before ??
