Error during Emergency Repair process

Hi,

 On a few of my NT 4.0 SP6 servers, I get the following message
after creating the servers emergency repair process.

" repair disk utility could not copy all files to the emergency repair
disk"
" one or more configuration files not found "

All suggestions, comments appreciated "
